Entry Deadline: Wednesday, January 30, 2013 @ 10:00 PM - No Late Entries Accepted.

All entries must be completed online through www.okwrestle.com website

Entry Fee: $20.00 / club YMCA affiliation fee plus $15.00 per wrestler due by weigh in.

Age Divisions: Based on age September 1, 2012 12:00 AM

Div I ( 6 & Under ) : 37, 40, 43, 46, 49, 52, 55, 60, 66, Hwt

Div II ( 8 & Under ) : 43, 46, 49, 52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 70, 75, 83, 90, 105, Hwt

Div III ( 10 & Under ) : 52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 80, 85, 90, 100, 110, 120, 131, Hwt

Div IV ( 12 & Under ) : 64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 80, 84, 88, 92, 96, 100, 105, 110, 120, 130, 140, 160, Hwt

Div V ( 15 & Under ) : 80, 89, 98, 106, 113, 120, 132, 140, 150, 162, 175, 200, 285

Seeding Meeting: Thurday, January 31, 2013 @ 6:00 PM at Newkirk High School

Clubs need to have a representative attend or email wrestlers credentials by thursday 4:00 PM

Weigh In: Mark Branch Field House Friday, Feb 1 6:00PM - 7:30PM & Saturday, Feb 2 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Legal collegiate style singlets required for weighin and competition.

Optional Weigh In if split session: Saturday, February 2, 2013 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Doctors Releases required for skin disorders. Fingernails must be trimmed.

Shoelaces, Braces and Long Hair will be required to be covered before wrestling.

Gate Admission: Spectators $3.00 ( 5 & under free )

Coaches Meeting: 8:30 AM National Anthem and Opening Prayer: 9:00 AM

Format: Double Elimination brackets with 6 or more. Round Robin brackets for 5 or less.

Best two of three in 2 man brackets. All wrestlers will wrestle their entered bracket.

Tournament Director reserves the right to also add wrestlers from small brackets into the next higher weight bracket to provide them additional matches.

Wrestle Schedule: All divisions start at 9:00 AM unless entry numbers require a split session.

This decision will be announced at the seeding meeting and emailed to clubs.

Split sessions will be Div I, III & V 9:00 AM, Div II & IV after 12:00 PM

Subject to change with notification after all entries received

If split there will be an optional weigh in 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM Saturday.

Regulation Matches: Div I & II ( 1 - 1 - 1 ) Div III ( 1 1/2 - 1 - 1 )

DivIV ( 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 ) Div V ( 2 - 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 )

Overtime Matches: National Federation Rules apply for seqence of all overtime match extension periods.

Consolation Matches: Div I, II, III & IV ( 1 - 1 - 1 ) Div V ( 2 - 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 )

Awards: Individual: 1st - 4th place receives a placement plaque, Champions also receive and T shirt and Patch.

Team: 1st - 3rd in each age division.

Restrictions: Verbal or physical child abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.

Weapons, Illegal Narcotics & Substances, Alcohol, Smoke and Smokeless Tobacco Products are restricted from within Newkirk Public Schools property boundaries.
