Directions to Gym:

From I-44: Exit 36a going East 2.7 miles, Turn Left onto SE 45^th St. and go 1 Mile.

From US-62/Quanah Parker Trail way: Merge onto I-44 West towards Wichita Falls, Exit 36a going East 2.7 miles then turn left onto 45^th 1 mile.
