Date:  Saturday, November 17th, 2007

 

Location:  Ponca City High School- Allen Robson Field House, 7th and Overbrook

 

Entry deadline:  8:00p.m. Wednesday, November 14th

No call-in entries will be taken.  List each wrestler’s full name,  division, and weight.

Confirm Entries Only: after 8:00p.m. Wednesday, November 14th at (580) 491-0464 and (580) 716-2736.  Please confirm all entries.

 

Entry Fee:  $14.00 per participant

No late entries!  Entry fees will be collected at weigh-in, no shows and wrestlers that do not make weight will NOT be refunded.  Wrestlers may enter two divisions, but not two weights in the same division.  Makes checks payable to PCKW ( Ponca City Kids Wrestling).  Please pay with a single club check at weigh-in.  We will combine weights as needed to provide mat time for all entries.

 

Weigh-In:  Saturday, November 17th in the Robson Field House Wrestling Room.

           Divisions I-V:  6:00a.m.- 7:30a.m.

           Divisions IV-V: 11:00a.m.- 12:30p.m.

 

Wrestling Begins:  Session 1 

           Divisions I, II, III-8:30a.m.

                             Session 2

           Divisions IV and V- at conclusion of session 1, approx. 1:30p.m.

Awards:  Awards will be presented as weights finish.  1st-4th place plaques and champion t-shirts.

 

Admission:  Adults $3.00    Students $2.00    5 & under free

          Division I (6 and under) 37,40,43,46,49,52,55,60,66,HWT

            Division II ( 8 and under)43,46,49,52,55,58,61,64,67,70,75,83,90,105,HWT

            Division III (10 and under) 52,55,58,61,64,67,70,73,76,80,85,90,100,110,120,131,HWT

HWT- 285 lb. limit on all HWT wrestlers.  All wrestlers must weigh-in in singlet.

 

Coaches Passes: 1-5 entries = 1 free pass, 6-10 entries = 2 free passes, 11-15 entries = 3 free passes,16-20 entries = 4 free passes, 21 or more entries = 5 free passes.

 Only coaches with passes and wrestlers will be allowed on the floor.

 ALL COACHES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY AT DOOR AND  

 APPROPRIATE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED WITH CLUB PAYMENT.

General Rules:

           Division I:       1-1-1 minute periods- all matches

             Division II-V:  1.5-1.5-1.5 minute periods- Championships

 Division I-V:  1-1-1 minute periods- Consolation

 Division II-V:  1.5-1.5-1.5 minute periods- Consolation Finals

 Overtime I-V:   1 minute sudden victory period; if no scoring occurs, two 30        second tie breakers will be utilized; and if the score remains tied a 30 second ultimate tie breaker will be competed.

 Format- Double Elimination

 

No outside food or drinks allowed.

Ponca City Schools are alcohol and tobacco free schools, no tobacco or alcohol allowed.
