initial), last name, division and weight. Please put weights in order within

Entry Fee: $15.00 per wrestler Double Entries accepted
in different Divisions only. Make checks payable to Carl Albert Little League
Wrestling. One check per club. No refunds for no shows. ENTRY FEE MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO START OF
TOURNAMENT, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please be sure of weights entered. There will be no changes to the brackets
once they are made!!
Weigh-in: Will be held from 6:00am – 7:30am in the
field house.
