Entry Fee is $15.00.
Make cashier’s check or money order (ONLY)
payable to OKWA Southern Region.
Entry fees must be paid in full, and
turned in with entries.
SEEDING MEETING:
Wednesday, February 6th, 2008, 7:00pm
102 SW 5th, Lawton Municipal Courthouse,
Judge Corrales’ chambers.
Records & seeding information must be
sent with team entries.
Only wrestlers with records will be
seeded.
ADMISSION:
$3.00 for adults
$2.00 for students, 6 & under free.
WEIGH-IN:
4:00pm-6:00pm Friday, February 8th,
all Divisions 1-5
6:30am-8:00am Saturday, February 9th,
Divisions 1-3
All wrestlers must weight in their
singlet.
Hair and fingernail code will be
enforced.
The use of plastics in any form is
prohibited and will result in disqualification from the tournament.
Coaches and parents are not allowed in
weigh-in rooms.
All heavyweights will be weighed.
WRESTLING:
Division 4 - 5, Friday, February 8th,
7:00pm until completion.
Division 1 - 3, Saturday February 9th,
9:00am until completion.
COACHES PASSES:
1 pass per 5 wrestlers
Maximum of 5 passes
Floor Passes - $35.00
RULES: OKWA
and the National Federation rules will apply with the following exceptions:
· No Riding Time
· No 45 Minute Rest between Matches
· No Headgear Required
· A No Show for a Match is Equivalent to a Loss
FORMAT:
· Double Elimination
· No Challenges for second

Division 2-5: 1 ½, 1 ½, 1 ½
Consolations: 1,1,1
Consolation finals: 1 ½, 1 ½, 1 ½
Overtime: US Wrestling Federation rules apply
AWARDS:
Medals will be presented for 1st
through 6th place in each division.
Team awards will be presented for 1st
through 3rd in each division.

STATE TOURNAMENT:
Wrestlers placing 1st through
6th qualify for the OKWA State Tournament to be held February 15th
and 16th at the Oklahoma State Fairground Arena, Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma.
Entries must be paid as a team. All
placers must pay. Entry fee is $15.00.
Team coaches must be registered on the
State Tournament Pass Registration Form.
ELIGIBILITY:
Cut-off date for all Divisions is
September 1
All wrestlers must have a copy of their
certificate of live birth on file and be listed on OKWA Member club roster.
