* Three day Intensive Training Camp. All Ages. Learn how to drill intensely, accurately and efficiently. Proper technique on Set-ups and Finishes, Counters, Referees Position, (scoring from top and bottom) Mental and Physical Preparation before matches, Weight Control, Strength and Conditioning and Training Habits.

DATES: June 17^th, 18^th, and 19^th

TIMES: 2 Sessions : 1^ST Session 9:00-11:00 and 2^nd Sessions 12:00-2:00

(Rides home will be available after second session)

LOCATION: Choctaw High School Wrestling Room

COST: $75 per wrestler *Meals will be included between sessions.

(T-Shirts will be awarded the last day of the camp)
