Coaches passes:

1-5 wrestlers = 1 pass     6-10 wrestlers = 2 passes

11-15 wrestlers = 3 passes     16+ wrestlers = 4 passes

Additional coaches passes sold at weigh-ins - $20

 

Divisions I, II & IV      9:00am to completion

Divisions III & V          approx. 2:00pm to completion

                                       will not start before 2:00pm

 

Shoe Laces must be secured or taped.

All referees will be licensed

 

Weigh-Ins: Bixby Wrestling Room

                   Friday 6:00pm – 8:00pm                All Divisions

                   Saturday 6:30am – 8:00am             Divisions I, II & IV

                   Saturday 11:00am – 12:30pm        Divisions III & V

Because of Thanksgiving there will be a 1 lb. allowance for Divisions I, II & III, 2 lb. allowance for Divisions IV & V.

 

Wrestlers must weigh in with singlet on.  Digital Scales will be used.  Wrestlers may wrestle two divisions, but not in multiple weights within the same division.  No seeding, no challenge for second, double elimination.  All protests to be directed to tournament directors.  No individual protests, only through head coach of club; $25 fee per protest.  Birth certificates must be available if requested by tournament officials.

            275 lb. limit on all HWTs

 

1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th place trophies for each weight in each division

No fighting, mistreatment or verbal abuse will be tolerated.  Bixby Wrestling Club & Bixby Public Schools will not be responsible for fire, theft, injuries or accidents
