DATE:       Saturday, December 19th 2009

 

PLACE:      The Sapulpa Chieftain Center (Southeast corner of Sapulpa High School Campus)

 

FORMAT:    One-day session tournament as follows:

                    Division I & III                   9:00 a.m. until completion

                    Division II, IV, & V           2:00 p.m. until completion

 

WEIGH-IN:   Friday Night weigh-in location will be at Sapulpa High School- Follow signs

                     Friday night weigh-in for ALL divisions, December 18th, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

                     Divisions I & III                           Saturday 6:00 – 8:00 a.m.

                     Divisions II, IV, & V                    Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

 

**Sapulpa Elks Lodge will be hosting an All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast.  All Wrestlers eat free.

            Division IV:    64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 80, 84, 88, 92, 96, 100, 105, 110, 120, 130, 140, 160, HWT

AWARDS:   Individual trophies 1st through 4th in each weight and division

 

ENTRY FEE:   All entries must be emailed no later than WEDNESDAY, December 16th, 2009 by 10:00 p.m. The entry fee will be $15.00 per wrestler, per division.  All entry fees must be paid at weigh-in; one check per club please.  No personal checks will be accepted.  No refunds for No-shows.  Make checks payable to Sapulpa Wrestling Club.

COACHES’ PASSES:     1-5 entries = 1 pass           6-10 = 2 passes   11-15 = 3 passes      16+ = 4 passes

                                            **Only individuals with wristbands will be allowed on the floor**         

  

NO MISTREATMENT OF CHILDREN WILL BE TOLERATED.  NO FIGHTING.  SAPULPA PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND SAPULPA WRESTLING CLUB WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES, ACCIDENT, OR THEFT.  NO HEELIE SHOES ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.  ANYONE CAUGHT WEARING THEM WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING BY SECURITY.
