ENTRY FEES: $15.00 PER ENTRY. Teams must be paid by one check at the time of weigh-in. Each wrestler entered must be paid even if he/she is a no show. Wrestlers may enter two divisions, but not two weights in the same division. Make checks payable to: Tonkawa Takedown Club.

GATE ADMISSION: $3.00 Adults; $2.00 Children

WEIGH IN: Wrestling room north of gymnasium. 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Singlet only – NO WEIGHT ALLOWANCE.

COACHES MEETING: 8:15 a.m. Coach’s Passes available. 1 pass per 5 entries (1 to 5=5; 6 to 10=2; 11 to 15=3, 16 or more =4). All referees will be certified 2009-10.

Division I (6 & Under): 37, 40, 43, 46, 49, 52, 55, 60, 66, HWT

Division II (8 & Under): 43, 46, 49, 52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 70, 75, 83, 90, 105, HWT

Division III (10 & Under): 52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 80, 85, 90, 100, 110, 120, 131, HWT

Division IV (12 & Under): 64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 80, 84, 88, 92, 96, 100, 105, 110, 120, 130, 140, 160, HWT

Division V (15 & Under): 78, 86, 94, 102, 110, 118, 126, 134, 142, 152, 165, 185, HWT-275

No formal seeding, but we will separate boys from the same club. Wrestlers will need proof of age, if challenged. “Certificate of Live Birth” birthday cutoff September 1, 2009.

TOURNAMENT STARTS PROMPTLY AT 9:00 A.M. – ALL DIVISIONS

FORMAT: Double elimination. Brackets with 5, 4, or 3, man entries will wrestle round robin. All officials’ decisions are final. No challenges. Tournament director reserves the right to combine weights to provide competition in brackets with less than 3 entries. All wrestlers must have shoelaces taped or have uniform lace covers.

REGULATION MATCHES: Div. I & II (1-1-1), Div. III (1 ½-1-1), Div. IV (1 ½- 1 ½-1 ½), Div. V (2-1 ½-1 ½)

CONSOLATION: All 1-1-1 except Div. V, it does not change. If tied 1 minute on feet, still tied in match, first wrestler gets 30 seconds up, down, or defer the 30 seconds to next wrestler. If still tied, go back to first wrestler to score has choice of top or bottom for 30 seconds.

AWARDS: To top four finishers in each weight class in each division.

BREAKFAST AND CONCESSION: Breakfast will be served at high school cafeteria. Concessions will be available.

A coach’s hospitality room will be provided.
