Background
My name is Andy Smith I live in Enid Oklahoma and my farms are in Lamont Oklahoma. My background is in Education where I spent 26 years as a Teacher, Coach, or a High School Principal. I believe that if you help enough people get what they want then you can have everything in your life that you want. I believe helping people get great tasting beef free from hormones and injections.
Stewards of the Land and Animals
The land that we are stewards of has been in the family since the run of 1889. We care about our pastures as much as we do about the animals that graze on the pastures. The cattle are as healthy as can possibly be.
Why I Raise Beef
Getting cattle to 1100 pounds to get a yield of 700 pounds of hanging weight is what I strive for on each calf we raise. Getting the good marbling and less fat is my goal. Making the beef affordable and tasty is also my goal and what excites me. Selling at auctions is not for me, I want to sell directly to you so that you have a good top quality product. I Love what I do and as long as the Good Lord gives me good health, I will sell the best beef I know how to raise.
